Limone (Limone Piemonte) is an absolute gem! You'd never guess from the stats (1100m-2100m) that it usually has snow right down to the village and covers a reasonably wide area. The lifts have nearly all been replaced recently & so are fast & efficient. There are still some queues at high season though. Limone is generally now considered the best resort within easy driving distance of San Remo/Monaco/Nice. If you're only going for the day park at "Quota 1400" just after the Tende tunnel coming from the south.
